Status: Part-Time / Weekend Position

Overview

As a Party Host, you’ll bring the fun! You’re the friendly face that ensures every guest has a smooth, safe, and unforgettable experience during their birthday celebration or private event. You’ll help set up, decorate, greet guests, guide activities, and handle clean-up—making every party run effortlessly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Welcome party guests with enthusiasm and a warm smile
• Assist in decorating and setting up the party room before each event
• Lead games, activities, and group fun (sand play, crafts, or pool time)
• Serve food, drinks, and cake while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Coordinate with parents or guardians to ensure the party timeline runs smoothly
• Communicate any safety issues or concerns to the manager immediately
• Clean and reset the room after each party, preparing for the next event
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive attitude at all times

Qualifications

• Must love working with children and families
• Reliable, responsible, and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Energetic, outgoing, and positive personality
• Weekend availability is required (Fridays–Sundays)
• Prior experience in childcare, recreation, or hospitality preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
